She has had a terrible life so far she has been repeatedly used for breeding and then dumped when she became a financial loss, she had a terrible knee injury she was deemed aggresive by another rescue as she has trouble relaxing around some dogs due to being forced to mate and being in great pain due to a knee ingury.
She was about to be put to sleep when WHAD stepped in.
She has since had a major operaton to reconstruct her knee joint and has recovered well but due to the nature of her injury and her stress where other dogs are concerned we at WHAD have placed her in foster care unless that very special person comes along who can care for her as she needs to be cared for Lady will remain in WHAD foster for the rest of her life, which is now a very happy life after such a terrible start. She has now made some doggie friends and is slowly getting over her fear of other dogs and learning to play again. Through no fault of her own she has been returned to rescue twice and so now we feel that it is in the best interests of Missy to stay with her foster carer permenantly to avoid any more upset in her life.

Missy is a sweet little girl who was completely untrained when she came to us. She is keen to learn and mastered 'sit' in 5 minutes with the aid of some tasty liver treats!
